2 lbs of lean ground beef
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup of bread crumbs - I like the Italian style
1 egg
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 package of Italian Salad dressing mix, or Ranch Dressing mix.
1/4 cup dried minced onion
Combine all the above ingredients, and shape into a loaf.
Place into the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
Cook on low until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. (approximately 4 hours)
